KFC

Great Experience, Nice and Clean.
Except for the Customer in an Auburn Jacket that put his tray of left overs by the Drink Machine when he got a refill.
But the Staff Quickly picked it up and sanitized the whole area.
Can't fix stupid....

This is place is not a great KFC location.
We did some work at ALDOT and my crew ate here for lunch.
To start off with, the bathrooms and dining area were very dirty / dingy.
When I ordered, I was never assigned an order number, they just called out orders by what food it was.
My food was good, but one of my guys ended up feeling stomach ill the rest of the day.
Won't be back.

I know I asked politely when ordering for no thighs and it was confirmed with the team member taking the order.
I know I asked politely at the window, to make absolutely sure that no thighs were in my order, and this was also confirmed by the team member handing out the order.
Yet, the order had plenty of thighs.
The chicken was also very old and oily.
It was not anywhere near fresh.
The entire meal was ruined and could not be eaten.
Whether it was one person or the entire team, you all could not have done a better job of doing a completely inept job had you done it on purpose.
Over the past few years, this has increasingly become more of the norm, especially during the presidential campaign toward November.
Some might say I'm acting entitled.
The only thing I was entitled to but did not get was a rare but decent takeout meal for my family.
So, which is it, inept or on purpose?
