Kenbu Sushi is a delightful find! 🌟 Nestled in Flipside Bar And Carts, their freshness is unmatched in Portland’s sushi scene. I indulged in the Chirashi Bowl, filled with salmon, tuna, shrimp, and octopus - what a colorful feast! The portion was generous for the price, making it a great value.

I also tried the Cube Tower Roll, and the crunchiness of the fried sushi rice with the spicy mango sauce was a game changer.

The casual, trendy atmosphere paired with fast and friendly service makes this spot a go-to for sushi lovers. Can’t wait to go back! 🍣
