It actually carries a complex flavor profile.

Kaze is my favorite sushi restaurant in the AV! Let's start with the food.
It's always been fresh and packed with flavor.
We never have had an issue with the food any time we have come. The service is good here.
Everyone is always so friendly. The atmosphere is cute and cozy, and the decor is nice.

Had dinner here for the first time.
Great price on Bento boxes and 2 sushi combo plates.
Great service! Really clean and cute inside.
The chefs greeted us and thanked us when we left.
Will definitely go again. Update: we have gone multiple times for lunch and dinner on the weekends and weekdays and every time we have had excellent service, the chefs greet us and say thank you as we leave and the food has been delicious!
