Karai Ramen + Handroll is an enjoyable spot in Springfield! I visited recently and was taken in by the cozy vibe mixed with trendy decor. I indulged in the vegetarian ramen at spice level 2 - it was rich, flavorful, and just perfect! The dumplings were a crowd favorite, although I barely got a chance to snap a pic before they disappeared! Service was quick, and the tea selection was impressive. I’ll definitely return to explore more of the menu... 🍜
