Simple Mexican favorites served with a smile.
Funky little rooms filled with happy dinners.
We went for the tamales but ended up loving the beef burrito.
If you like things spicy, ask the hot salsa! Plenty of margaritas and beer to choose from, including their own brew.

I’ve had better quesabirria.
Mine was a bit lacking in cheese methinks.
Service was great and price was right, but this man needs more cheese! The chips that came with the salsa were kind of a weak showing as well.
I’d definitely return, but not for either of those items.

This visit I had the enchiladas suprema a la Mexicana, I chose the Al Pastor (pork marinaded with pineapple) for one enchilada and the Carne Molida (ground beef) for the other two enchiladas.
It is served with rice n beans and ensalada on the enchiladas.
I also had 1 Tortillería Perches signature Margarita and a glass of water.
Everything this family owned restaurant is amazing and homemade.
The restaurant was started my Jesús and his mother and serve recipes handed down through their familia.
It is a very special place They have a lot of customers and they make sure everyone is happy with their meals and drinks, the wait staff are very attentive and they all make it feel like you are in their home. Best food in Springfield
