By far the best Hibachi we have had since we’ve been in Jacksonville.Great service , awesome food Will definitely be back! Every thing was seasoned well and fresh.Great menu choices, can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
I recently had a disappointing experience at a hibachi restaurant where I had made a reservation for a party of 12.We arrived at 7:30 PM and didn't leave until 10:00 PM.Despite seeing several other parties being served before us, we patiently waited for our turn. At around 9:00 PM, we decided to bring up the issue with the manager.However, instead of addressing our concerns, she became argumentative with some members of my party.She rudely explained how hibachi works and then informed us that the grill had been turned off, causing an additional delay. Thankfully, our chef was fantastic and did his best to make up for the situation, which was not his fault.He rushed to put in a food orders that was left out.He provided us with an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I was less than satisfied with my experience at this restaurant.While the chef did an excellent job, the manager's behavior and the long wait time negatively impacted our overall experience.The last incident was when I witnessed her speaking bad about my party on the phone as we left.I put a smile on my face while my son walked out of the bathroom.I wont be returning.
A friend of mine brought me here for my birthday and it was amazing.We had some sushi as well as hibachi and had leftovers all week.Definitely worth the money you pay.
