Used to order from here fairly often.Had been a while.Ordered the Kashmiri Rogan Josh tonight and it was not good. The sauce was wildly oily and separated, the meat was gristly, tough, and smelled. The rice was warm and hard. They were out of house salad and called after I submitted my order to substitute for a different one. Edited to add: Ordered thru Slice. When I asked for a refund, they told me the restaurant said there was no issue and refused a refund.Never again.
Delicious food but a nightmare to pick up.The meals were tasty and had okay portions, but I would not recommend the desserts because they come in such tiny portions. Also would not recommend picking this up unless you are walking to the restaurant because it is on an incredibly busy street with virtually no parking.
Ordered chicken Tikka masala, beef seekh, and paneer wrap with garlic naan through the online ordering option.Order said it would be ready between 7:00 and 7:20. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:00.The heater was not working and I could soon see my breath in the cold.I waited in the restaurant until 8:50 when the food was finally ready.I took the food with me, and when I finally opened it up, the only correct food was the paneer wrap; the plates ended up being some dry chicken and a shrimp dish. And to top it all off, the naan was just plain naan. Overall I spent $55 and only received one of the four items I ordered correctly.I understand that there were only two people working there, so the fact that I had to wait over two hours from ordering the food was understandable, but to have the order almost entirely wrong and not even remotely warm when I received it was rough. Hopefully this restaurant gets more staff soon and is able to handle orders more efficiently next time.If I had received the dishes I ordered, instead of dry chicken and shrimp, and it had taken an hour less time, I would have been satisfied, but with the experience I had I do not plan on returning.
