Ordered the salmon bowl (add Tuna) for delivery.The bowl arrived completely plain without any of the toppings added in the order.The salad was just a few pieces of wilted lettuce.Portion size was small.They didn't include any of the utensils requested in the order.Overall very disappointed, not just on price and quality, but delivering something significantly different than what I ordered.

Hi we are sorry to hear about your bad experience from out restaurant.We just check your order from Uber eat and you ask for remove all the toppings that why it only have lettuce on it We sorry there have no chopsticks in the bag we hanged in to the driver she probably forgot at her car . We did make it right as your request .We apologize for any inconvenience.So if u can please delete it and email us we can offer you an new order
I’m not one to complain but when you have someone training and the person training is too busy on their phone that’s a problem.The person handling my food had one glove on and she was holding her phone with that hand.Her other hand had no glove and her fingers were touching the food in my bowel.I just don’t think that’s sanitary.Also I signed my receipt and asked for my customer copy and was told that they don’t give customers copies of there receipts.

We have been getting there bowls for years and all I can say is shame on them.They went with smaller bowls and raised the prices even more.You go there and they are out of the topping mostly so not even getting your moneys worth.I know food prices have gone up and chalk that for the reason the first two price increases but now another on with smaller bowls.Quality has gone way down hill two.Another use to be good business
