Steak, Lasagna, Salad, bread & oil with spices.
The service was really good so I tipped pretty well.

First time in Johnny Carino's.
Billy was our server, and he was amazing.
He made sure we were pleased with our orders and made sure it was made to our liking.
My husband had the lasagna with a blackberry margarita.
I had the combo with a strawberry lemonade drink made with Captain Morgan.
We loved everything, and we will definitely be back.

Review of Johnny Carino’s: I had high hopes for Johnny Carino’s Italian restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
From start to finish, the customer service was abysmal, leaving a sour taste in my mouth that even the most delicious food couldn't mask. Upon calling 15 minutes ahead to place a to-go order, I was put on hold and left hanging for the entirety of my drive to the restaurant.
As if that wasn't enough, I remained on hold for another five minutes while waiting in the to-go pick-up area.
The sheer disrespect continued as I sat in my car with my food, still on hold, only to be eventually hung up on. Upon attempting to address the unprofessionalism over the phone, I was met with hostility from a young man who had no qualms about rudely dismissing me not once, but twice.
His arrogance was further highlighted when he claimed the manager was too busy to speak with me. Despite my efforts to speak with a manager in person, I was met with more disrespect, as the young man arrogantly belittled me and refused to take my concerns seriously.
It was clear that this was not an isolated incident, as I witnessed others voicing similar complaints about his behavior. Even though I had already received my food, I promptly returned it and vowed never to return to Johnny Carino’s.
The lack of regard for customer service in the face of numerous complaints speaks volumes about the management's priorities. In the end, it took two weeks to receive a mere $25 refund for my order, further highlighting the company's disregard for its patrons.
In the service industry, customer service should be paramount, and Johnny Carino’s has failed miserably in this regard.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs. The pictures serve to reveal how empty the restaurant was , more specifically they were not busy at all and I was on hold for over 20 minutes.
