This is the main location I go to (4 to 5 times per year).
I don’t know whether to give them 3 or 4 stars; let’s go with 3 for now.
The service is just better than okay and since this location is so busy I’ve yet to have an issue with an order (fingers crossed).
I’m contemplating giving up Chick-fil-A altogether since their nuggets keep shrinking in size.
I always end up spending more to get full (obviously that’s their strategy).
This is an issue at all locations, of course.

I don't know what has been going on with this location as of lately, but for the last 5 visits I've made here, I was always missing a sandwich.
I wouldn't mind as much if it was an order of fries, but to miss an entrée is unacceptable.
And for the past 5 visits every time at that! I only come to this location because it's close to home, but I'm seriously thinking of going out of my way to drive farther for quality service or just stop eating from this restaurant chain all together.

DOORDASHERS BEWARE.
Microaggressive Behaviors/profiling at this location. Never in my one year of doordashing have I encountered a restaurant employeee that gave me hard time/told me how to do my job at pick up.
As i was attempting to pick up an order at this location, the employee refused to hand my the order without watching me press the confirm pickup button.
This all while having an condescending smirk on his face.
This was very confusing for me as anyone who doordashes KNOWS that in order to access the next screen, that includes the address/directions, you must first confirm pickup.
this experience left a nasty taste in my mouth as, to some degree and due to the tone of voice used, it implicates that i would commit theft and not deliver the order.
This experience has left me feeling a bit offended ngl as i think there are better ways to go about this process without being rude or making the dasher feel like a theif.
I dont like to cause issues but you can just tell when someones energy is off and is trying to give you a hard time.
Just wanted to give a heads up to future doordashers and customers in general.
@chick-fil-a pls teach your employees to respect each and every customer/dasher no matter what preconceived notions they may have.
