J&J Oyster Bar is a cozy gem in Fort Worth that nails comfort food with a Southern twist! 🌊

We visited for a midweek dinner craving oysters and were not disappointed. The oysters Rockefeller were fresh and delicious, and the gumbo was a delightful surprise! 😋 The fried okra was hot and crispy, though be careful - it can burn your mouth.

Service was impressively quick, even with just one waitress tackling the busy crowd. The outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying the Texas weather. Can't wait to return to sample more from their varied menu, including shrimp and all those oyster varieties! 🍤✨
