I have never had an experience at a restaurant like this before.
There was a small issue with my order.
I ordered a giant and got a 8 in which is no big deal.
I went back to the store and was criticized that I do not know how to order by a young Hispanic skinny kid with a patchy beard.
I wasn't there for free food or drink.
I just wanted the other half of my sandwich and all I heard was this kid's mouth.
This kid will be the reason I never go back to this location.
Cheba Hut and Jersey Mike's all day.

Mustard is not served on your sandwich at this shop.
Even though it is a staple in sandwich condiments, this store doesn’t feel the need to offer it on their sandwiches, even though you can order it on their online store.
Manager needs to have a talk with Jimmy himself, I grew up with him.
I’ll be informing corporate of your failure to meet what is minimum standards for a Jimmy John’s sub.

Every time I come here (been here 5 times) on my lunch break I specifically ask for EXTRA Mayo.
I love Mayo and I love it caked on.
It’s like they find it annoying and give me little to none, this sandwich is so dry I can barely eat it.
Like look at the picture…..
where’s the Mayo and the extra?!
