Went there for a sandwich to go.
Cashier cared about what was going behind her than the customer.
Then when they gave me sandwich, they put it on the counter, whe I clearly had my hand out.
Asked for a bag , cashier just handed me the bag and I had to put my own sandwich in there.
The entire time they are horseplaying in the back.
Love the food but not coming HERE again.

I did an order via the app (you get a free sandwich!) I work less than a mile from the restaurant and they are normally super fast.
I got there went to the pick up place and waited and waited.
There was a line for about 6 people ahead of me so I was patient also there were people just coming back from break so I figured they were extra backuped.
And someone accidentally took someone else's order.
Finally after being there for about 20 minutes and everyone one else got there food I started to check to see maybe they already did my order and I didn't see it.
NOPE.
Finally one of the sandwich preparers asked about my order, found it, made it, and then apologized for my wait.
I won't use the mobile app again.
That was ridiculous.

My go to fast-food, sub place.
They have great bread and love their giardiniera.
Really fast service.
I barely got my order paid for before my sandwich was being handed to me.
Amazing cookies!!!
