I have been going to this Jimmy Johns for the past couple years, a couple times a week for lunch.
Not once have I had a wrong order or missing item.
They always have my order ready to go when I arrive.
The workers are all very nice and welcoming.
The store is very clean and put together.

Would have been nice if they didn't dump the croutons crumbs on my sandwich.
Also, the delivery charge at first said $3 and then I was charged $4.
$15 for a sandwich and a large drink.
(The chips were free because I had a reward.)

The people at this location are always friendly and polite.
However the handful of times I have requested delivery I have had to wait at least 40 minutes.
When I contacted the store to check on the status I was told that they were really backed up, which is understandable, however they quickly reassured me my order was on the way and did not ask my name.
I have currently been waiting almost an hour.
I really want to continue using this JJs because I believe they are hard workers, but I do hope the timeliness of delivery improves.
