Ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my hotel and when I opened it the lettuce was brown and the turkey had a smell to it..
so glad I spent 14.00 for a bag of chips for dinner.

Horrible experience..
did an online order and picked up my two subs, both subs were completely drenched in vinegar so the bread was completely soaked and soft! Also requested for both subs to be cut in half… didn’t happen! My chips were not with order my order.
Horrible location! Avoid this place!

I work nearby, so order from here a couple times a month.
I don't know why I keep ordering - my order is wrong almost every time.
I assume the people who work there can't read or don't understand the word "extra" when requesting more than the normal add-ons (crispy jalapenos).
It will be Jersey Mike's from now on.
