Love jimmy johns but the employees are terrible the owner should look into how often they refuse to up the doors cause they closed early.They literally stand at the counter so the owner can't tell they closed early on camera I would look into sales and see what time they stop coming in.this is why this location is failing feel bad for the owner

The man working was SOO RUDE, Said he was the manager however did not have a uniform on.He was upset he made our order incorrect and tried to say “you ordered online so there is nothing we can do” after the young lady told him HE mad our order wrong then whe was willing to remake it, but not without cursing at me low enough I could hear , but not to my face.I did record the interaction because of how nasty he was acting, also sent an email to corporate.Unfortunately no one has reached out to me for me to send them the video.I will never give them my money!! Hopefully the Springfield store closes due to not having enough business! They don’t deserve to stay open with the trash they hired!

Ordered 4 subs at 730.Spent almost $70.Food gets delivered shortly before 8pm.Missing a sub.I call 15 times.Literally.No one picks up.Google says they’re open till 9.So I get in my car to drive there.Doors locked.Employee standing there looking at me.Doesn’t move.I’m like what the hell. So I didn’t get my dinner I paid for.Call in Sunday at 11.Ask for a manager.I begin to tell the manager what happened, he interrupts me and basically tells me he doesn’t have time to help me because he is working solo and has to do three catering orders, and he wasn’t there the night before and How it’s someone else’s problem.He literally started to cry.Unloading HIS AND THE COMPANIES PROBLEMS ON ME! I then ask for his boss name and he tells me Ted and I ask him his name and he refuses to give it to me and hangs up on me.I’m still out of money and food and I’m pissed.
