I think that Our Hero has the best subs! I've been visiting the different locations ever since they very first opened. The service is always very fast and friendly the food is always very good and fresh. You're never going to get old fries, and the seasoning on the fries is very delicious. The prices are a little higher than your regular Subway experience, but you'll definitely see the difference as soon as you start eating there. This place is highly recommended although I think the only locations are in Springfield.

I ordered online and when I arrived at the store they did not have my food.
They had charged my card and then said I must have ordered over door dash.
They refused to give back my money or allow me to have any contact with a manager.
They treated me rudely last night and again today.
I have went to our hero for decades and after this kind of treatment I will never return! Their website offered online ordering I ordered it confirmed my order, charged my account but they refused to give me my food.
If you don’t take orders online don’t have a place to order online!

Food is normally good with no issues.
But the lady behind the counter was just too rude.
I just can't come back and spend money with this type of service.
I feel like it's 50 years ago in the deep south.
