Jianghu surpassed my expectations with its authentic northern Chinese dishes! The dry hotpot was a standout - packed with spice and flavor that catered to my cravings. I also enjoyed the dry-fried green beans, although I had to share them with my friend as they were surprisingly rich. The casual vibe makes it perfect for groups, and the friendly staff are always ready to assist. A delightful find in Cardiff where non-Chinese diners feel welcome too! Definitely returning... 🌶️
