Made an online order and when I returned home after picking up my sandwich I realized They had not put 1/2 the items on my sandwich I asked for.
I then attempted to call 8 times and no one answered at the location.
I will now drive to the location to request a refund.
Terrible customer service for a $14.00 sandwich.
Do better Jersey Mikes!

Ordered a pick up through Uber eats.
Arrived at the location to pick up our order.
Order wasn’t there, asked about it.
Was told someone must of picked it up and there was nothing they could do about it.
Horrible customer service.

This is why they a 3.3 stars rated.
Came here tonight and sign says closes at 9pm and it's 8:40pm and there closed.
If you post hours till 9pm then stay open till 9pm.
This is why I go to subway.
You lost a customer for good and I will ask my downlone to post all 1 star reviews and that consists of over 2000 people.
Jersey Mike sucks and your waaay over priced.
This is the 3rd time you have closed early when I have tried giving you chance after chance.
The manager should be fired as well as the workers for closing early.
