Cici was very kind, took good care of me.I enjoyed a proper Southern veggie plate with cornbread (like corn crepes, tasty!).The collard greens are perfect.And the banana pudding is fabulous! 🐲🧡
Folksy downhome cooking as we say around here.The food is typical of southern style food.You get a choice of a meat and two vegetables.This place is busy at lunchtime time as all of the local pour in to eat.Food is served hot and quickly. If you want something quick to eat and you don't want your typical fast food hamburger place, this Macon institution might be your ticket.
This is a great place to eat food is always good.However it’s disheartening when you go to eat because the web states they are open and the doors are locked when you get there.My God the business you lost today because you cannot communicate with the customers.The Bears Den sounds like a better option for good cooking or Burger King across the street if I’m in a rush.Shame on you!
