November 11, 2024I recently tried Jane's Black Swan Cafe for takeout, and it was a mixed bag. The famed fried chicken, while well-crusted, was disappointingly dry, though the fries were crispy and tasty. I also sampled the pork lo mein, which was a bit bland and did taste better reheated the next day. However, the shrimp chop suey stood out with robust flavors that paired nicely with fried rice.
The quick service is a plus, but I truly miss the option to dine in...🥢
