November 28, 2024La Esquina truly satisfies those cravings for authentic Mexican flavors! I indulged in the Birria tacos and they were phenomenal - rich, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Their queso is a must-have; it’s ultra-creamy and complements the tacos perfectly. The staff was warm and welcoming, even with my limited Spanish! Though mostly a drive-thru spot, the quick service didn’t take away from the quality. If you’re in Pueblo, don't miss trying their impressive tortas. A delightful experience overall! 🌮
