Everyone has to eat here! I first found this place about 10 months ago and what a discovery it was! Delicious, savory comfort food! I have had so much fun exploring this menu over the last 10 months.For this trip, I got the Curry Chicken, Savory Drunken Plantains & Mac n Cheese.There are no words to accurately describe the deliciousness of this food.It's a must if you are in the area - and worth the drive if you're not.

I give it a 10/10 rating and will definitely be back.The customer service was excellent.While waiting for my food, I had a chance to sit down with one of the prep cooks outside and we had a nice conversation.I ordered oxtails and rice, as well as jerk wings, and everything was hot and fresh.I also got a red drink, which was very sweet - just the way I like it.This is my go-to place anytime I'm in Houston.Keep up the great work!

So dang good. Curry chicken, fire.Jerk chicken, fire.Brown stew, fire.Fried chicken, fire.There’s a trend. Everything tastes homemade with love, low and slow, full of flavor.Even all the sides were fire. Took my cousin, Grace, there for her birthday.Pretty neat that the hot sauce was also Grace brand. This place was a hit for sure.
