Jade East Restaurant has been a staple for affordable Chinese dining in Springfield, and I recently stopped by for a casual dinner. The hot scallion shrimp was the star of my meal - flavorful and perfectly cooked! 😋 I also enjoyed the crab rangoon, although I found the egg rolls a bit underwhelming.

While the atmosphere is laid-back and it offers plenty of parking, the service could be quicker during busy hours. Still, it's a solid spot for a comforting meal on a budget. I'll definitely return!
