T is for Texas.
T is for Jacks Baaarbecue. Seriously good brisket and sausage at Jacks. I’ve had both several times and they are consistently amazing. Ribs are…ehhh…soft.
Too soft and bland.
Stick with the brisket and sausage, which are awesome. Cornbread is awesome.
Sides are awesome.
Sweet tea is awesome.

We had extra time before getting to the airport and happened to stop at this exit for gas.
So glad we stopped here for the food! We're from Texas and are spoiled by BBQ, but their brisket was delicious as well! My son appreciated their sausage, especially since he doesn't like the spicy sausage in Texas.
Their banana pudding and pecan pie rounded out the meal nicely.
10/10 would recommend.

Amazing BBQ!! They definitely know what they are doing back there! The brisket was cooked and smoked perfectly! The sauces were really good no that you needed them.
And the staff was extremely friendly! Highly recommend this amazing place!
