Very poor customer service at this location.I asked for fresh okra and was given a cold box of okra. Then when I went in to take it back, the cashier had already had another family size okra waiting for me. In which the okra was still cold as well.I don’t have the time and energy to argue with the staff, so I just took the box and left.Stopping at this location was a complete waste of my money and time. The staff need to really learn how to do their job.Better yet churches need to find a whole new crew. This place is nasty, ghetto and need to be closed down.
This a Disgrace to Churches chicken !! We got an eight piece meal and waited almost an hour than they told us to pull around for our apple pies and lemon cheesecake .So we did my husband went in there and the cashier was very rude and went on and on with my husband about the wait time.So my husband as them to give us our money back and we still didn’t get our order. The sad part about it My husband is Deacon at Church and we’re both retired restaurant managers .And we understand waiting however an hour is too much!!!We understand how hard it is because we’ve our own catering business now.Never argue with a customer like they don’t matter and the place looks so ugly outside the parking lot is hot mess with potholes all in it trash all in parking lot! Paint peeling off building everywhere .Never loud talk a customer l guess good Lord didn’t want us to eat there.
It took at least 35mins to get my food.Drove over a pothole the size of a sinkhole. You couldn't order from inside the restaurant, and the dinning room was closed. There was no indication that the dining room was closed. We and other guest came to a locked door. They didn't have all the items that was listed. You couldn't even read the outside menu because there was no light on the board. It was one of the worst experiences I and my family ever experienced.
