The food was average, the fries were average, but might have been better if they were hot.
The service was excellent and quick.
The atmosphere was...
empty.
We had just lost an hour in our travels so it was 9:00 Eastern Time.
And as there had just been a big news event, we were grateful for the TV coverage.

We stopped here while traveling back home; this was our first time eating at Jack’s.
My son ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich Comb and I had the 3 piece Chicken Fingers and Fries.
The food was hot and it tasted good.
As for the customer service: they didn’t seem friendly. It was only my son and I (and what appeared to be an employee) seating in the dining.
An employee (not using wisdom) started mopping the dining room floor; and mopped by us! My son (carefully walking) slipped (and reached for a table so he wouldn’t fall; thank God he didn’t fall, we would not have wanted to take a trip to Chattanooga Hospital.
After my son almost fell, then she tells another employee to put the “Wet Floor” cones out.

Here it is the middle of the day on a Monday and the lobby is closed.
There are people inside but the doors are locked.
No signs on the door or anything.
Would have been nice if they had a sign on the door.
