I went through the drive through with my husband to grab a milkshake.
Read online that they are hand scooped and my husband has very fond memories from his childhood and said they were extremely good.
Today we ordered a Large strawberry and Large chocolate because the menu showed 3 sizes with 3 different prices.
What we received was a small size and my strawberry shake was like strawberry milk.
I understand that it’s 99 degrees but when it goes from the window to my ac and then I took 3 sips even tried to stir the whip cream into it but had no luck.
Set it down and took video.
I wasn’t given a receipt for this $5 small strawberry milk so I couldn’t request a refund or a replacement.
This is horrible business to me but apparently I’m the only person left in the universe that misses good food, fast service and people who actually take pride in what they hand out.
Have a video but apparently can’t upload videos.
UGH!!!!

Pulled up to the drive thru and watched the lady in front of me drive off because of something the woman said.
When we pulled up there was no greeting, nothing, just a rude “Go Ahead with your order”.
There’s a McDonalds next door.
Maybe they have more kind and more professional people, give that a shot instead.

It’s Hardee’s..
never a nice cashier but the food is always good.
When a customer says thank you, say SOMETHING back.
Anything.
Literally all I ever get from a Hardee’s employee is..
nothing.
No smile.
Nothing… but it’s ok, because they have country ham and biscuit and biscuit and gravy.
Both are SO GOOD..
so I’ll continue to eat breakfast at Hardee’s when I see one near me.
