You would think now that people are getting $20 an hour to flip hamburgers they be much happier people, no if anything now the service is even worse! Spend $20 ask for one extra sauce, and they wanna argue with you about it, this place takes their customers for granted.
Why they would wanna start a fight with a customer over one lousy sauce is beyond me , I even offered to pay for it till she got an attitude with me.
But I’m glad she did that because I really need to stop eating so much Jack-in-the-Box and eat healthier.
Go down the street to mothers where the food is fresh, and actually good for you and a better price.

I had to order the jumbo Jack meal with fries I got the large lemonade. Absolutely loved it they were super friendly obviously the jumbo Jack with cheese is one of the greatest burgers ever made it literally should have a 12 step program because I am so addicted to them the staff here was incredibly friendly very efficient and gave me nothing but smiles and service. If I wasn’t trying to lose weight I easily would’ve ordered another jumbo jack with cheese the Jack’s value in you two is also another addiction that I am struggling to overcome LOL great job this is a wonderful store!

This place has been here as long as i can remember and I would definitely recommend it...but only because if you're gonna choose fast food you should order it and eat at the beach.
This is on the edge of Bolsa Chica State beach so there's no shortage of beautiful views and great people watching to do while enjoying your meal.
