So they hired a great employee.
It is 7/23/24 7:45am.
I have been here twice when the employee in the morning at the window is here.
He is phenomenal.
His way with customer service is awesome and on point.
I personally don't know him, but from my experiences here at this jack in the box, they have made a major upgrade here with him.
I sure hope they show him appreciation for what he's doing to make this place look great now.

Late night drive thru terrible service! The person that got my order didn't seem to care about my question or try to find any answers regarding an ice coffee I wanted.
I don't like it too sweet so I asked how many pumps of mocha it has, she didn't know or cared to find out.
She just said I don't know, I feel if you work in any kind of business you have to be knowledgeable of what you're selling.
I wouldn't recommend this place, you're paying for a service that's not free.
To say the list of coffee was not good.

Terrible neighborhood.
The big dining room looked nice and clean at least it looked like it from the outside.
It was closed "due to total renovation" .
Is what a posted sign said.
But I'll be honest, there was no evidence of any construction taking place, or even needing any construction.
But again, terrible neighborhood. Drive through lady was super friendly, fast, and the food was sufficient
