This is the worse location ever.
came on my lunch brake my chicken sandwich which was burned and my taco was burned as well crazy thing is in my taco was no meat lol and who' got the mad face the drive thru lady on 1/26/24 about 12:50 pm can u imagine if I told her my food was burned and no meat ..I didn't even try how mad she was never going back

So this Jack in the box is always messing up my order.
I called tonight to let them know that they mess up my order all the time and I want to put in an order and make sure that they don't screw it up this time! This girl with a accent said well if we always mess up your order why do you still come here! I asked what's your name and she hung up!! Lmao wow stay on the phone miss big pants!! Haha she hung up like the no one she is Omg umm you should not be working here!! I would like to speak to corporate so they know that they have a worker who does not know how to handle their job.
So unprofessional!!!! As a business owner I know not one of my employees would ever talk to my customers this way!! We are professional! Obviously this girl who speaks with an accent absolutely!!! doesn't care!!! I refuse to let this go.
I live across from Jack's and I come here on a daily!! So I will not tolerate this unprofessional girl who doesn't not care about her job!!! I am paying for my food and don't have a problem! Doing so but if you have a problem delivering for a business that is not yours! Your just a worker at this point!!! A no one!! I will continue to come here but you need to go home!!!

I came by yesterday I purchased $40 in everything! And they are arguing with me on how many side sauces I can have and how they are extra and they've always been extra.
That's funny.
I've been going there for years now and I've never been charged for extra sauces.
It's fine if you're charging for them now, but don't argue with me and try to tell me that you have always charged for them when I go there all the time!!! Learn how to make your customers happy! Disagreeing and arguing with them is a NONO!!!! Sad how Jack in the box gets bashed over stupid employees!
