Jack in the Box

STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
Never had jack in the box.
That been said never ever will i have it ever again.
All I heard is how good Jack in the box is.
Maybe it was just that location I'll never know.
Meat on tacos was non existence.
Was out of like 4 other things we tried to order.$58.00 wasted, food was gross.
Judging by the reviews this location has no one in management ever checks them.
Cause all the stuff I read is the same as my complaints.
Guess no matter the rush I should have read the reviews before going here.

Went through the drive thru yesterday evening for dinner and the experience was less than ideal.
It’s fast food so I’m not expecting a gourmet experience by any means but I am expecting to at least get what I paid for because fast food isn’t cheap anymore!!! We were first greeted by a very bad attitude of “what do you want?” but that’s the least of my worries about this review.
When we got home ALL of our food was wrong aside from the bacon cheeseburger.
Instead of spicy loaded tiny tacos we received plain regular tiny tacos, our curly fries were literal crumbs with regular fries mixed in, and then the reaaaaal kicker was the tacos.
Now we all know Jack in Box is the goat for tacos… well not this one.
All of our tacos had no lettuce, no sauce, fried in old oil (you could definitely tell by the color and taste), and SWISS cheese.
My guess is that he ran out of regular or was just high as a kite.
They were so disgusting and all of them went right back in the bag and into the trash.
I hate hate hate wasting food so I gave them a chance, I tried but there was just no way.
I’ve sent a review to the higher ups and I’m praaaaaying I can get my money back.
This was shy of a $30 order and I really have no intention of returning to this location.
Genuinely feel bad for the owners of this store :(

Never write reviews, but this has to be the worst fast food restaurant in St.
Louis.
Tried ordering door dash here multiple times, each time order had to be canceled after waiting an hour and a half, wasting a door dasher’s time and mine once they finally said they don’t have the order after the dasher waited 45 minutes in the line.
Idiotically decided to go up there myself on a different day, and yep waited about 15 minutes in the drive through line without moving before I decided it wasn’t worth it.
