Not sure if this is the store we stopped at on 04/10/24 [Receipt says #594]. About 1/3 of the way into wife's Grilled Chicken it got so gristly she through the rest away. I tried one of the new Smash Jack burgers.
About half way through I'd had enough, and dumped the rest. Two stars are for my 2 Regular Tacos [that I've been hooked on for 50 years].
Best part of the entire experience. Otherwise, our sandwiches were <1 star.

It is so disrespectful to not take people’s orders and leave them at the drive thru ready to order for 15 minutes before someone takes my order.
These workers need help and higher pay.
These companies make billions and there is no reason for not excellent service! This is supposed to be the munchies meal chicken sandwich which is two patties and cheese.
I just spent 30 minutes waiting for food and got straight robbed!!!!

Waited 20 minutes in the drivethru at 3 pm in the afternoon.
Food prices have gone way up, and definitely not getting quality anymore.
Do not recommend.
