Abysmal customer service.
The workers literally walked past us at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before finally taking our order.
Afterwards I asked her what the code was to the restroom and she just pointed to the sign instead of just telling me.
There was also a bum eating Little Caesars and blowing his coke-filled nose a good 20 times as we tried to enjoy our meal.
I know working for minimum wage at a fast food joint sucks but iwould it kill you to at least try?

The food was horrible.
I ordered on website to pick up my fiancé was there five minutes after I placed the order.
The fries (both normal and curly) weren’t warm at all, and the curly fries just tasted/ had the texture of sitting out for awhile.
None of the food was fresh the tomatoes on my jumbo Jack were questionable.
And the eggs rolls and tacos weren’t warm at all.
It was a total disappointment.
The only thing that was okay out of our order were his breakfast jacks and I’m assuming it’s because he ordered breakfast in the afternoon.

I decided to give this place another chance and the end result was very disappointing, as usual.
just ordered about $33 worth of nasty food from here.
It’s a normal thing for this jack in the box to have black burnt stuff in their fries/fried items, from not changing the oil.
I called and talked to the shift lead Corey, who was very nice, and he even said that the black stuff is from the bottom of the oil, they only filter the oil, like when was the last time the oil was changed?? This is the main reason why I don’t go there anymore, disgusting.
