Went through the drive thru and ordered the classic crispy Jack wrap.The attendant asked me multiple times if I wanted the spicy one...I said no every time she asked and clarified I wanted the classic one because I can't handle spicy food at all (I get BAD heartburn).When I got back to my office to enjoy my lunch it was the spicy wrap! I will not be back here.They don't listen even when told something multiple times!
