Did a mobile order and got the wrong sandwich and a flat soda. Because everything is sealed I didn't check the contents until I got home.I guess I'll have to check my orders from now on to ensure I get the right food. Just disappointed as I didn't eat the sandwich and poured out my soda. Well, I just tried another mobile app take out order and they messed it up again. I order the Classic Popcorn Chicken Big Box Combo and it was just popcorn chicken. I didn't get my fries but at least they got my soda right this time. Update: I decided to go back this time to note the box was missing fries and was provided the fries, which was nice. However, at this point it had been 45 minutes since I ordered so I asked if I could get the popcorn chicken remade since it was now cold. I was told NO and that they would not do it unless I placed another order. Honestly, I just give up with this location. I was able to get my fries but had cold popcorn chicken, which was depressing. I guess I got the issue partially fixed but am just disappointed. I'm also kicking myself for not checking my order since the previous mishap. I recommend if you do go to this location to double check your order whether online, in store, or going through the drive thru.

02/20/24 worst experience I've had at Jack!! Promised my self I would NEVER go back...but....bug shout out to the Manager Juan who came thru and made it right.Thank you Juan

Horrible wait times the employees are stretched thin.Food is good here but cannot come here if you have a time limit.Wish the franchisee would budget for more employees.
