I went through the drive thru and ordered the new all American ribeye steakhouse burger with an order of fries and a rootbeer.
Once I received my order without checking my bag I drove off and reached for a fry and it was cold and stale.
Before leaving the parking lot I drive back around to the drive thru to let them I had just left with my order.
Pulled up to the window and spoke with the manager who was working the window and showed him my fries.
He was very polite and made me a new order of fries. The picture I took below will show the fries on the left are the stale cold ones, and the ones on the right are the freshly made fries. I didn't get to take a picture of my burger it wasn't all that great it was cold and I had the wrong drink but oh well that's my fault for not checking prior to leaving the second time.

First, off the bat..AC was busted.
Temp as soon as I walked in did not feel good at all. Floors were a little sticky and a little mess here and there.
It needed sweeping and a mop. My curly fries had been sitting there a little bit.
Jalapeño poppers were fresh but my tacos not so much.

Tiffany is not a reliable source.
She doesn’t interview people herself either.
The store is struggling understaffed with her in charge.
The recruiter tells you to get her number at the interview for a follow up but she doesn’t answer to anyone.
No one is getting hired here after being interviewed.
If you’re looking for a job don’t waste your time and gas coming over here.
They’ll ghost you after an interview.
