J. Gilbert's Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood is a gem in Overland Park! 🌟 The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a romantic dinner or special gathering.

I highly recommend the blackened chicken pasta - it's a standout dish that blew me away! The pretzel-crusted onion rings were the ideal start. Our server, while a bit slow on refills, was knowledgeable and made great suggestions.

Still, the food presentation and taste were spot on! Dessert was delightful - don't skip it! Overall, a lovely evening with delicious food and a warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to return! 🍷
