I order pickup.I arrive at 6:30 pm I checked in and waited 30 mins before I went inside and pickup my own food.
My food was just sitting there.
My food was so cold and I wasn’t able to eat it.
I definitely wasted my money.
Don’t order take out.

Great price and portions for wings! Fries were soggy not crispy at all ended up buying and extra box of fries when the wings I got came with them but didn’t say they did.
So I have a load of soggy fries I’m not going to eat.
Also, your pictures show that the wings are smothered with sauce which drew me in because I love saucy wings.
To only have half my wings sprinkled with a bit of sauce.
I rubbed them together to spread as much around, didn’t really work out, good thing I purchased extra ranch.
Did not enjoy them and disappointed, i would love a refund or the same meal for free if you would like to retry.
I was told your wings were great especially since I work a few blocks away I was looking for a regular spot to order from.
And I’d like to give you another chance.

Here’s the deal - wings? I thought they were delish.
I do Keto so I did some dry rubs - really flavorful and delish.
I did a pickup - I went through the menu and clicked on what I was expecting to be only wings, didn’t need the curly fries.
Because I got 16 I got 2 flavors - both were rubs.
Neither were anywhere near spicy as they claimed.
Not.
At.
All.
Needed so much more spice to be hot as claimed. The 4 stars is for the crispy skin.
Period. The fact that I got a whole bunch of limp, cold, curly fries takes a star away.
That’s a terrible product.
Go for just the wings.
