iTea Fremont has potential, but my recent visit fell short of expectations. I ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea which unfortunately tasted sour, and the ambiance felt a bit chaotic - drinks took about 20 minutes with numerous cups dropped and not washed properly. 🍵

On a positive note, the prices are incredibly reasonable, making it a good spot for budget-friendly bites. However, this experience left me wanting more in terms of service and quality... Maybe a different day will yield better results? 🤔
