Island Fin Poke Co in Summerlin has always been a favorite for their fresh and customizable poke bowls! 🥙 I appreciate their vibrant Hawaiian vibe, but it seems like service can vary.

On my recent visit, I experienced some hiccups - a late-night bowl with stale rice and a bit too much liquid from the edamame. 😅 But I’ve always enjoyed their spicy tuna and fresh toppings, especially when the owner is around!

A shout-out to Sloan, who made my first visit welcoming with her patience and kindness. I’ll be back during lunch to hopefully enjoy the same quality service I remembered! 🌺
