I finally made my way to Intrinsic Nutrition, and I must say, it was worth the wait! I enjoyed the mango & pineapple meal replacement shake - so refreshing and packed with flavor. The casual and trendy vibe makes it a perfect spot for solo dining or catching up with friends.

Although I encountered some hours that weren’t consistent during my visits, the friendly staff really made the experience enjoyable. Don’t miss out on their energy teas, especially the watermelon jolly rancher. Can’t wait to return! 🍹
