Believe me, I often don’t leave reviews, but there come moments in your life that you can’t just avoid it.
I don’t know if this location is under new management but the service was awful, took 45 min to get our order (3 people), cold pancakes, scramble eggs like a tortilla, dirty restrooms, a mumbling speaking server called Adam was hardly on top of things walking around with a spooked face, terrible just terrible.

Wait was so long, from the time we checked in and the time we left.
They kept telling us 2 mins, ended up waiting about 25 mins before we were seated.
About 30 mins to finally place an order and another 30 or so before we were served.
I ordered the cou try fried steak.
It was so dry and crispy it looked like a display.

I had an amazing time with my friends the food was AMAZING!! But we had a server named Aubree had so much attitude and kept giving me and my friends looks and didn’t check up on us the entire time.
It completely ruined our night.
I really hope ihop can handle this and hire welcoming servers
