I recently visited IHOP on Apalachee Parkway, craving a classic breakfast. I ordered the chicken fajitas omelette with pancakes and a chicken burrito bowl. The flavors were delightful, and the portions were generous.

However, I did notice the chicken in my omelette was slightly undercooked.

Despite that, the service was commendable; my server was attentive and checked in frequently.

It was busy, but the atmosphere was lively. Just a heads-up about the cleanliness of the bathrooms, though. Overall, a solid breakfast experience! 🍳
