The food was excellent.The lady at the door greeted us in a very strangely and told us that we could no longer get a childs plate which turned out to be not true.Our waitress was nice but could not get my drink order correct.The restaurant was messy.There was only a few people in there during our visit last night around 1:00 am.Therefore, there was ample time to clean the restaurant.

Service was mid at best.Eggs on both plate that were ordered looked nasty, and husband had to step outside because he went to throw up in the parking lot from eating the French toast.I also kept getting an animosity and disingenuous vibe from the server and heard her talking about me and my kids to the table next to us.Not to mention she didnât bother bringing out all the plates together; and brought one of my kids his food while the other was looking and asked âwhereâs my plateâ.I get it Iâve been a server before but the trip here was severely underwhelming and management should look to retrain some of their servers.

Every time I come to this location, there is NEVER anyone at the front greeting you.There is ALWAYS a wait to even have anyone speak to you about your order or even seat you.The location appears to be severely understaffed.They donât seem like they have a dedicated greeter/host/hostess the people that do greet you appear to work in other areas (ie waiters/waitresses or either management).When someone does get around to you, FINALLY, itâs usually multiple people so youâre telling multiple people that you have an order to pick up (very frustrating).The staffing issue is a bit ridiculous, Iâve watched the lobby of this location get over ran and swamped because of it.I heard they only hire people if they are bilingual and I can understand having some bilingual staff members as the demographic calls for it in this area but they have a HUGE staff issue.All I can say is the food is okay just check it to make sure it is all there BEFORE you leave otherwise youâll be coming back and playing the waiting game (NOT FUN) đ
