IHOP is a casual breakfast haven that definitely surprised me! I visited for a late breakfast with friends and ordered the poblano pepper and roast beef omelet, which was packed with flavors, though I wished for a bit more poblano kick. The pancakes were a delightful challenge to finish!
Our server, Rome, was a standout - attentive without being intrusive, and always with a smile. ☕️ While the $40 bill for two felt a touch steep, the cozy atmosphere and yummy food made it worthwhile. I left with a happy heart (and some pancakes for later)! Would return for the coffee alone!🥞✨
