September 11, 2024I recently visited Arby's on Dupont Rd, and while I love their iconic beef and cheddar, my experience fell flat. The fryers were shut down when I ordered, which was disappointing, but the lack of an apology from the staff was frustrating.

Despite the hiccup, I couldn’t resist my favorite classic roast beef sandwich, but when it arrived, the bun was burnt and the chicken patty was cold.

I'm hopeful they'll find a way to improve both service and food quality. Here's to better days ahead, Arby's! 🌟
