Was on hold for 5 minutes before someone came to the phone and asked what did I need help with.
Immediately was hung up on while sitting in the parking lot.
I came inside and one person greeted me and walked away.
5 minutes later someone else took my order to go! Not many people were being serviced.

Restrooms were gross, management and staff were too busy talking and sitting down.
Service was horrible and not attentive correctly, food wasn’t hot or cooked the way we asked.
Overall bad.

Waited at entry more than 5 minutes before anyone came to seat me.
I was directed to a dirty table.
Had to ask waitress to clean table.
Food arrived lukewarm.
Butter never melted.
You decide.
Coffee cup appeared clean, but the flatware didn't.
