I had breakfast at IHOP on Capital Blvd and it was a mixed experience.😊

While the pancakes were tasty, they did come out rather hard and lukewarm. The Eggs Benedict left something to be desired - overcooked eggs and flavorless potatoes.

Service was a bit chaotic, with only one server handling everything, which led to long waits for our food.

Despite the hiccups, the waitress was friendly and clearly trying her best. I’d recommend checking it out if you're in the mood for breakfast, but hopefully, they can improve their service! 🍳🥞
