IHOP in Mesa is a decent spot for a relaxed breakfast with family. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, making it great for both small gatherings and larger meetings in their private back room.

I ordered the classic pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious! 🥞 Despite a bit of a wait to be seated, our server was pleasant and attentive.

However, I did spot a hair in my omelette, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a nice place to catch up over breakfast, but I hope the kitchen improves its cleanliness. If you can overlook a few hiccups, it’s worth a visit! 🤔
